- First, if you are a hotel chain that owns several accommodations, you need to submit your company details to us via email. The details we require are (i) Your company name (e.g. XYZ Hotels & Resorts) (ii) Your company contact details (physical location, phone, fax, email) (iii) Your website (if any) (iv) Your company profile (unlimited text) and (v) Your company logo. When your company information has been added, we will send you a confirmation. If you are an independent hotel, you can skip this step.
- Next, you need to register as below:
(a) If you want all your reservations for the different Accommodations to go to one central email address: - Enter your Name in the "Name" field.
- In the "Username" field, enter an easy to remember username.
- In the "Email" field, enter the email address where you want your reservations and emails to be sent to.
- Lastly, Choose appropriate password and verify the password by entering it again.
(b) If you want each Accommodation to receive its emails & reservations through its own email address, you have to repeat the above process for each Accommodation. Use a different username for each Accommodation. All your Accommodations will be shown as part of your Hotel Chain but will receive emails separately. Keep your different usernames and passwords in a safe place as you will require these to edit your Accommodation details.
- Repeat this process for every Accommodation that you wish to list.
- After you submit your registration, you will receive an email requesting you to verify your registration. Simply click on the link provided within the email.
- Now, you're ready to list your Accommodation. Go to the main page and login using the username and password you provided to us upon registration. Once you are logged in, you should see the Owner Menu at the top of the left-hand navigation column. If you have submitted your company information (for hotel chains), you must wait for confirmation that your company has been added before you add any hotels.
- All your different Accommodations will appear under your Company name as part of your Hotel Chain and not as Independent Hotels.
